Plumber Multi Trader – Reactive Maintenance (Social Housing)

We are looking for an experienced Plumber Multi Trader to join our Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out day-to-day repairs in occupied social housing properties.

Location: Thurrock and Benfleet
Pay rate: 22phr
Van and fuel card provided

The successful candidate will have strong plumbing skills along with the ability to carry out additional trades such as carpentry, tiling, patch plastering, and basic decorating. Previous experience working in social housing is preferred, along with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work independently.

Requirements:

• Proven plumbing experience with multi-trade skills.
• Experience in reactive maintenance and social housing.
• Full UK driving licence.
• NVQ LVL 2 trade qualification
