We’re looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join our growing Disrepair Team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.

Location: Ealing
Pay rate: 22phr

Key responsibilities:

• Complete a range of reactive repairs including carpentry, plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and decorating.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship to meet disrepair and compliance standards.
• Provide excellent customer service while working in tenants’ homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader
• Experience working within social housing or property maintenance
• Full UK driving licence
• NVQ LVL 2 trade qualification
