Resident Liaison Officer
Leamington Spa / Stratford-upon-Avon
£21.41 per hour (Umbrella PAYE)

We are looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy social housing refurbishment programme, supporting residents throughout a range of energy efficiency improvement works.

Projects include:

• External Wall Insulation (EWI)
• Window replacements
• Air Source Heat Pump installations
• Other retrofit and decarbonisation works

You’ll be the key point of contact for residents, ensuring excellent communication before, during and after works, resolving queries and maintaining a positive customer experience throughout the project.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within social housing
• Experience working on planned works or retrofit programmes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to build strong relationships with residents, site teams and stakeholders
• Must be able to drive, with access to own vehicle

Location: Site office based in Leamington Spa, with projects across Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas.
