Multi Trader x2 – Elgin & Surrounding Areas

We’re currently recruiting 2 experienced Multi Traders for a 6-week contract covering Elgin and the surrounding areas.

The successful candidates will be working independently across void properties, carrying out a variety of maintenance and repair works to bring properties back up to standard.

The role includes:

• Working in void properties
• General multi-trade repairs and maintenance
• patch plastering, basic plumbing, decorating and other associated works
• Working independently across different locations

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader
• Ability to carry out a range of maintenance tasks to a high standard
• Full UK driving licence
• Own transport required initially
• Reliable and able to work independently
