Painter – TQ and PL – Voids.

Experienced Painter required in the TQ and PL areas with a busy contractor to work on void social housing properties. This is until mid September at least, possibly longer.  
 

This is a really exciting opportunity for a good run of work paying £20ph using your own van and tools.

You will be working in properties in postcode areas PL and TQ.

Painter and Decorator Day to Day:

• Painting and decorating – all aspects
• Void property work, turning them around for the next tenant.
• 99% of the work will be internal
• Working to a given spec
• Reporting to your supervisor on progress

Painter and Decorator Requirements:

• Good painting experience 
• NVQ in Painting (desired)
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
