Salary: £50,000 – £58,000 £6,000 Car Allowance Bonus Private Healthcare

The Role

• Manage the day-to-day delivery of multiple FM contracts.

• Lead and develop a team of engineers and supervisors.

• Build strong relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery.

• Oversee compliance, H&S, financial performance and contract KPIs.

• Identify opportunities to improve performance and support business growth.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience managing hard FM contracts.

• Strong client-facing and people management skills.

• Good commercial awareness and experience managing budgets.

• Knowledge of statutory compliance and health & safety.

• Full UK driving licence.
