We’re recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading FM projects team, delivering works across a prestigious, highly regulated life sciences estate in Nottingham.

This is far more than a delivery role. We’re looking for someone who can identify opportunities, scope and price projects, manage tenders, oversee delivery and build strong client relationships. With a significant CAPEX pipeline already in place and further opportunities expected, you’ll play a key role in growing the account while delivering multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from initial enquiry through to completion.

• Scope works, prepare estimates and produce quotations.

• Manage tender processes and subcontractor procurement.

• Deliver fit out, M&E, refurbishment and turnkey projects within a live FM environment.

• Manage project programmes, budgets, commercial performance and reporting.

• Ensure CDM, QHSE and statutory compliance.

• Build trusted client relationships and identify future project opportunities.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.

About You

We’re looking for someone with:

• Proven experience managing FM Projects.

• Experience pricing, scoping and tendering project works.

• Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder management skills.

• Knowledge of CDM and QHSE requirements.

• Experience delivering fit out, M&E, refurbishment or turnkey projects.

• The confidence to work independently and manage a demanding client.
