Digital Information Manager

Salary: Up to £65,000 Car Allowance 5% Bonus

We’re recruiting for a newly created Digital Information Manager role with a leading contractor.

You’ll be the central point of contact for digital information management across multiple regions, supporting Document Controllers, improving processes and driving digital transformation across the business. This role will also play a key part in the adoption of AI and wider business improvement initiatives.

The Role

• Support regional Document Controllers and promote best practice.

• Manage and improve digital information processes.

• Oversee systems including Viewpoint, Maximo, SharePoint and Field View.

• Drive process improvement and digital transformation projects.

• Deliver training and support system adoption.

About You

• Experience in Digital Information, Document Control or Information Management.

• Strong knowledge of EDMS platforms such as Viewpoint, Maximo, SharePoint or Field View.

• Construction or contracting experience preferred.

• Passion for technology, business improvement and driving change.
