We’re looking for an organised and customer-focused Scheduler to join a busy repairs and maintenance team. You’ll be responsible for booking repair appointments with tenants, coordinating operatives, and ensuring works run smoothly.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous scheduling or planning experience is essential

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Strong organisational skills and confidence using IT systems
