Are you an experienced Project Manager looking for your next challenge with a growing contractor delivering planned works across the social housing sector?

We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of planned maintenance contracts, managing direct labour and subcontractors while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing planned works contracts from start to finish.
• Leading site teams, subcontractors and supply chain partners.
• Building strong client relationships and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
• Driving programme performance, quality and health & safety.
• Identifying efficiencies to improve operational performance.

What we’re looking for:

• Proven Project Management experience within social housing planned works.
• Experience managing direct labour and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial awareness and client-facing skills.
• SMSTS and a full UK driving licence.
• Confident using Microsoft Project and Excel.
