Contract Type: Temp to perm 
Location:South London 
Salary: £17 PH UMB 
Hours: 40 Hours per week Monday to Friday 

All applicants must have a green CSCS card & a full UK driving License 

Build Recruitment is looking for a reliable and hardworking Labourer to join a busy maintenance team. This role is key to supporting operatives

Purpose of the role:
To carry out general labouring and housekeeping duties on site, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and organisation.

You will support the Site Manager & Skilled operatives, helping ensure facilities are kept to required standards and all works are completed efficiently and safely.

Any issues related to Health & Safety, environment, or quality should be reported promptly to Site or Contracts Management.

Key Responsibilities:

Site support & service delivery
• Assist site teams and subcontractors, ensuring a safe and tidy site at all times
• Support the Site Manager with day-to-day works and cleaning duties
• Help ensure all site works meet quality and safety expectations
• Request required materials through the Site Manager to carry out duties effectively

Health & Safety & Training
• Participate in Tool Box Talks 
• Attend training as required to stay compliant and competent in the role
• Report hazards, risks, or issues promptly in line with site procedures

Additional duties
• Carry out any reasonable tasks requested by the Site Manager or management team
