Grounds Maintenance Operatives – Aberdeen

We are currently recruiting Grounds Maintenance Operatives to join a team working with one of the UK’s largest and most respected grounds maintenance contractors.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced grounds maintenance professionals who take pride in delivering high-quality outdoor maintenance services across commercial and public sector sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grass cutting using pedestrian and ride-on mowers
• Strimming and edging
• Hedge cutting and pruning
• General grounds maintenance duties
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment
• Working efficiently as part of a team to meet client standards

Requirements:

• Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience is essential
• Experience using grass cutting, strimming, and hedge cutting equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Good work ethic and reliability
• Full UK driving licence preferred
• PA1/PA6 certificates would be advantageous but are not essential
