Overview

We are seeking an experienced Voids Supervisor to join a social housing contractor operating across Kingston and surrounding areas. You will oversee void refurbishment works, ensuring properties are returned to a lettable standard on time, within budget, and to a high quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise operatives and subcontractors on void refurbishment works
• Plan, allocate, and monitor workloads to meet deadlines and budgets
• Carry out pre- and post-inspections
• Ensure compliance with specifications and health & safety standards
• Monitor performance across multiple projects
• Liaise with clients, tenants, and internal teams
• Resolve issues and maintain quality standards
• Support delivery of KPIs and targets

Requirements

• Experience as a Voids or Maintenance Supervisor within social housing
• Strong knowledge of voids and property refurbishment
• Good leadership and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• IT literate (repairs/maintenance systems)
• Full UK driving licence
