Job Title: Electrical bias Maintenance Engineer

Salary: up to £42,000, plenty of optional overtime

Build Recruitment are looking for experienced Electrical bias Engineers/ Maintenance Engineers to join a leading FM Contractor working within a Corporate 15 storey office space in Central Manchester.

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in commercial / FM / Maintenance Engineering / BMS to be able put forward, the role will consist of completing PPM’s & reactive duties across the office, including assisting other trades as and where possible, such as basic plumbing.

Requirements – 

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installations 
• City & Guilds 18th Edition 
• Previous transferrable experience
