Senior Quantity Surveyor

? £70,000 – £85,000 Package

We are recruiting for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a leading housing contractor working closely with a Housing Association client across Norfolk, Cambridge and Essex.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an established Senior QS to take ownership of a varied portfolio of planned maintenance and refurbishment works while leading a team of up to five commercial professionals.

Projects Include:

• Kitchen & bathroom programmes
• Roofing works
• Window replacement schemes
• Internal and external refurbishment projects
• Occasional M&E works

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Proven experience operating at Senior Quantity Surveyor level
• A background in housing, planned maintenance, refurbishment, or social housing projects
• Strong commercial and contractual management skills
• Experience managing and developing junior commercial team members
• The ability to build and maintain strong client relationships

Working Pattern:

• Office based in Hatfield 2–3 days per week (occasionally more)
• Site and client visits across Norfolk, Cambridge and Essex as required
