A leading property maintenance company is looking for an experienced Multi Trader to join their growing team covering the Wandsworth area.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent role with a well-established business offering a competitive salary, company vehicle, and long-term career prospects.

Duties Include:

• Carrying out day-to-day reactive maintenance works
• General carpentry repairs including doors, locks, skirting, and kitchen repairs
• Basic plumbing works such as tap changes, toilet repairs, and pipework maintenance
• Patch plastering, tiling, and decorating repairs
• Completing maintenance tasks within occupied and void properties
• Delivering high-quality customer service to residents
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and to a high standard

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Multi Trader within property maintenance, social housing, or domestic repairs
• Strong skills across multiple trades, including carpentry and plumbing
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Package:

Up to £39,500 Salary
