Multiskilled Operative – West Cornwall
 

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide maintenance work on void and disrepair social housing projects in the West Cornwall area. 

Temp to perm role offering £35-37k per annum plus van and fuel card.

Weekly pay.

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

• All aspects of maintenance work on social housing properties
• Void properties and disrepair work
• Completing a variety of works in various trades to the spec required
• Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, tiling, some external works etc
• Driving a work van safely and responsibly
• Dealing with customers when required keeping them informed and happy with the work 
• Reporting to your supervisor

Multiskilled Operative Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Social housing/ domestic maintenance experience
• Full UK driving license

Our client will do a DBS check due to the nature of the work.
