We are currently recruiting for Resident Liaison Officers to join a contractor delivering long-term Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishment works across social housing properties in North London and Enfield.

Projects include:

• Internal Kitchen & Bathroom refurbishments
• Bathroom pod installations
• Occupied social housing properties
• Long-term frameworks with Southern Housing and Enfield Council

Key Responsibilities:

• Acting as the main point of contact for residents
• Booking appointments and managing access
• Handling resident queries and complaints
• Providing regular updates throughout the works
• Supporting site teams to ensure smooth project delivery

Requirements:

• Previous RLO experience within Kitchen & Bathroom works
• Social housing / planned maintenance background
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must have own vehicle
