£42,000 per annum Company Van / Car Benefits
We are looking for an Assistant Site Manager / Site Supervisor to work across social housing refurbishment and planned maintenance projects.
The successful candidate will support the Site Manager with the delivery of planned works programmes across occupied properties, ensuring works are completed safely, on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Site Manager with day-to-day site operations across multiple projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, operatives and suppliers on site
- Ensure works are delivered in line with programme requirements and quality expectations
- Monitor and enforce health & safety compliance across all site activities
- Carry out site inspections, toolbox talks and inductions
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience within social housing or occupied properties is essential
- SSSTS / SMSTS is essential
- Strong understanding of health & safety regulations
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
