A growing and well-established commercial flooring contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to oversee flooring projects across a range of commercial developments.

Working with major main contractors, the business delivers high-quality flooring packages on projects valued up to £3m and has built a strong reputation for quality, service, and reliability within the construction sector.

The Role

As Project Manager, you will take ownership of projects from pre-start through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

This is a client-facing role requiring strong coordination skills and the ability to manage labour, materials, subcontractors, and site relationships effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing commercial flooring projects from start to finish
• Coordinating labour, materials, and subcontractors
• Liaising with main contractors and site teams to ensure smooth delivery
• Monitoring project progress and reporting updates to the operations team

Requirements

• Previous experience in a Project Management role within commercial flooring is essential
• Strong understanding of flooring materials, installation methods, and subfloor preparation
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workload independently and as part of a wider team
