Temp to Ongoing Contract

We are currently looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a well-established social housing contractor delivering voids and planned maintenance works across Derbyshire.

This role will involve overseeing a range of projects including:

• Kitchen & Bathroom replacements

• Roofing works

• Rewires

• General planned maintenance works

The successful candidate must have previous experience working within social housing and occupied properties, with the ability to manage site operations, subcontractors and programme delivery efficiently and safely.

Requirements:

• SSSTS or SMSTS

• CSCS Gold Card or above

• Proven experience within social housing / planned works / voids

• Strong health & safety knowledge

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Full UK driving licence preferred
