Graduate / Intermediate Level Building Surveyor Role
We have a vacancy in the central London office (SE1) for a Graduate Level Building Surveyor / Intermediate Level Building Surveyor to work in a fun, but hardworking environment, to deliver a full suite of building surveying duties to our range of predominantly residential and commercial clients.
This position would be an excellent opportunity for a Graduate / Intermediate Level Building Surveyor looking to develop their career within a forward-thinking, progressive and expanding company. Taking pride in the support provided to enable you to achieve your ultimate goal of becoming a Chartered Building Surveyor.
Advantageous Skills/ Requirements (Non-Essential)
- Knowledge and experience of AutoCAD or similar software;
- Industry experience working in the construction sector i.e. work experience or placement year etc.;
- Current full, clean driving licence is advantageous but not essential, and;
- Live within a one-hour commute of the office (Waterloo, SE1).
Remuneration & Package

- Salary: Circa £28,500.00 – £45,000.00 (gross) per annum depending upon experience;
- Bonus: Discretionary, dependent upon achieving company fee targets;
- Holiday: Starting at 28 days per annum including public holidays;
- Private Health Insurance: Option to join company private health insurance package upon successful completion of probation period;
- Pension: Option to join company pension upon successful completion of probation period (6 months);
- Bike 2 Work Scheme: Option to join this if required upon successful completion of probation period.

On offer is a full Graduate Training Programme for candidates on the RICS APC Structured Training Programme. Upon joining the company, you will be formally enrolled as an RICS APC candidate (if you are not already) and receive an induction.
