Electrician – North Cornwall

Experienced Electrician required on social housing maintenance works in North Cornwall (Bodmin up to Bude) for a very busy and well liked maintenance contractor.

We have the option for responsive maintenance or planned works kitchens and bathrooms.

Permanent position with a well established and friendly team.

• Fortnightly pay
• 23 days holiday plus bank holidays
• Company van and fuel card
• 40 hours per week, 8am-4.30pm

Electrician Day to Day:

• Work in social housing properties 
• You need to be confident and competent in all aspects of electrical maintenance
• Either planned works kitchens and bathrooms (rewires and maintenance) or responsive maintenance
• Dealing with customers as and when required
• Attending various properties during the day if on response
• Making safe and following correct procedure
• Working alongside other trades on planned works
• Reporting to the supervisor on progress
• Driving company van safely and responsibly

Electrician Requirements:

• Good electrical experience
• 18th Edition
• AM2 desirable
• 2391 
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Full UK driving license
• DBS will be carried out
