Job Title: Electrician
Electrician – Permanent
Location: Havant / Portsmouth
Salary: £42,564 Callout Bonuses
Start Date: ASAP

Role Overview:
Carrying out responsive electrical repairs and maintenance on social housing properties across Portsmouth and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical repairs and maintenance
Fault finding and diagnostics
Testing and inspection works
Completing EICRs where required
Ensuring compliance with electrical regulations
Providing excellent customer service
Updating job reports via handheld devices
Participating in out-of-hours callout rota

Requirements:

NVQ Level 3 / City & Guilds 236 Part 1 & 2
17th or 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
2391 Testing & Inspection desirable
Experience in social housing or domestic maintenance
Full UK driving licence
Strong customer service skills
Basic DBS will be carried out
