Job Title: Multi Trader – Disrepair

Location: Croydon

Hourly Rate: £21.40 PH CIS – Weekly Pay

Van & Fuel Card Provided

Day to Day Duties

• Carrying out planned kitchen and bathroom installations within social housing properties
• Basic carpentry including fitting kitchen units, doors, architraves, and skirting
• Boxing in, patch repairs, and making good after installations
• Tiling, silicone sealing, and minor plumbing works
• Repairing or replacing damaged units, worktops, and fixtures
• Ensuring all works are completed safely and in line with company standards

Requirements (Skills & Qualifications)

• Experience fitting kitchens and bathrooms
• Multi-trade background with good all-round skills
• Good social skills and customer service
• Full UK Driving Licence
• City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2 qualified preferred
