Job Title: Wet room installer

Plumber

Location: Coventry & Nuneaton
Contract: minimum 12 months work
Hours: Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week
Rate: £26-27per hour (CIS)
Perks: Overtime available, mileage paid

About the Role:
Build Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Wet room fitter to join our client’s planned maintenance team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within domestic properties, carrying out day-to-day bathroom upgrades and general maintenance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out a variety of bathroom upgrades including wetroom installations

• Deliver high-quality maintenance in occupied properties

• Conduct secondary trade work to a competent standard (e.g., basic carpentry, tiling, etc.)

• Cap & cove would be desirable, however not essential for this role.

• Maintain excellent customer service throughout your visits

Requirements:

• NVQ or City & Guilds L2 in Plumbing

• Previous experience in social housing, council, or domestic property upgrades

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Full UK Driving Licence & own transport

• Ability to perform basic secondary trades (desirable)
