Steam Boiler Engineer (F-Gas)
Location: Colindale (Static Site)
Salary: £50,000

We are currently recruiting for a Steam Boiler Engineer with F-Gas to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a static site in Colindale. This is a great opportunity to work in a stable environment with long-term progression and investment in your development.

The role will involve carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across steam boilers, HVAC systems, and wider building services plant. You will play a key role in ensuring all systems are running efficiently, safely, and in line with compliance standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintenance and fault finding on steam boilers and associated plant
• Carrying out PPM and reactive maintenance across building services
• Working on HVAC systems including basic refrigeration and air conditioning
• Supporting compliance tasks and ensuring all records are up to date
• Liaising with site teams and contractors where required
• Ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures

Requirements:

• Experience working on steam boilers
• F-Gas qualification
• Strong background within building services / facilities management
• Good fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of compliance and safe systems of work
