CAFM / Data Analyst (Immediate Start)

Rate: circa £14 per hour
Start: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a CAFM / Data Analyst to support a busy facilities management project team based in London. This is an immediate start role, offering the opportunity to work closely with operational and project teams to support data integrity and system improvements.

The role will involve populating CAFM system templates with accurate and consistent data, as well as cross-analysing a new data model against existing system information to identify discrepancies and improvements. You will also support the review of feedback from completed works, helping to assess outcomes and contribute to discussions around any required changes or updates to processes.

In addition, the position will include general project support duties to assist in the successful delivery of key milestones within agreed deadlines. This may include data validation, reporting support, coordination of information between teams, and assisting with documentation updates.

Key responsibilities:

• Populate CAFM system templates accurately and consistently
• Cross-check and analyse new data models against existing CAFM data
• Review feedback from completed works and identify trends or issues
• Support discussions on system/process improvements
• Assist with general project coordination and delivery support
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across systems

Requirements:

• Previous experience with CAFM systems or facilities data preferred
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Comfortable working with large datasets and spreadsheets
• Good communication skills and ability to work with multiple stakeholders
• Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Immediate availability preferred
