Role Overview
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple Kitchen & Bathroom Site Managers to deliver planned refurbishment works within social housing properties across South London, Croydon, and Guildford.
Each role will be site-based, with responsibility for managing kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Delivery
- Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a designated site
- Oversee kitchen and bathroom replacement works in line with programme requirements
- Manage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on site
- Ensure works are delivered to specification and within agreed timelines
Health & Safety
- Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
- Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure RAMS are followed
- Maintain a safe working environment, particularly within occupied homes
Quality Control
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship
- Manage snagging and ensure timely completion of defects
- Ensure compliance with client and contract specifications
Customer & Client Liaison
- Act as the primary point of contact for residents on site
- Manage resident expectations and minimise disruption during works
- Handle queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Liaise with client representatives and contract managers
Programme & Resource Management
- Manage site programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Coordinate labour, materials, and deliveries effectively
- Identify and resolve any delays or issues impacting progress
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries
- Complete progress reports and required compliance documentation
- Ensure all handover documentation is completed correctly
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment
- Strong experience delivering kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes
- Experience working in tenant-occupied properties
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card (Black or Gold)
- First Aid at Work
- Full UK driving licence
