Role Overview
Due to continued growth, we are recruiting multiple Kitchen & Bathroom Site Managers to deliver planned refurbishment works within social housing properties across South London, Croydon, and Guildford.
Each role will be site-based, with responsibility for managing kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes from start to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Site Management & Delivery

  • Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of a designated site
  • Oversee kitchen and bathroom replacement works in line with programme requirements
  • Manage subcontractors, trades, and direct labour on site
  • Ensure works are delivered to specification and within agreed timelines

Health & Safety

  • Enforce strict adherence to Health & Safety regulations and company procedures
  • Carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure RAMS are followed
  • Maintain a safe working environment, particularly within occupied homes

Quality Control

  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure high standards of workmanship
  • Manage snagging and ensure timely completion of defects
  • Ensure compliance with client and contract specifications

Customer & Client Liaison

  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents on site
  • Manage resident expectations and minimise disruption during works
  • Handle queries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Liaise with client representatives and contract managers

Programme & Resource Management

  • Manage site programme and ensure key milestones are achieved
  • Coordinate labour, materials, and deliveries effectively
  • Identify and resolve any delays or issues impacting progress

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate site records, including daily diaries
  • Complete progress reports and required compliance documentation
  • Ensure all handover documentation is completed correctly

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager within social housing refurbishment
  • Strong experience delivering kitchen and bathroom replacement programmes
  • Experience working in tenant-occupied properties
  • SMSTS
  • CSCS Card (Black or Gold)
  • First Aid at Work
  • Full UK driving licence

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive problem-solving approach

Experience in occupied social housing environments is essential
