Shift Engineer (Continental Shift)
Location: Salisbury
Salary: £34,000 – £38,000 £6,000 Shift Allowance

We are currently recruiting for a Shift Engineer to join a leading Facilities Management provider on a static site in Salisbury. This is an excellent opportunity for an electrically or mechanically biased engineer looking to work within a stable, well-structured environment on a continental shift pattern.

The role will involve carrying out both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services systems, ensuring the site remains fully operational and compliant at all times.

Key responsibilities include routine maintenance, fault finding and repair of electrical and/or mechanical systems, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring all work is completed in line with health and safety procedures. You will be working as part of a shift team, maintaining high standards of service delivery across the site.

Requirements:

• Time-served engineer (electrical or mechanical)
• Experience within facilities management or building services
• Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
• Ability to work a continental shift pattern
• Good understanding of health and safety and compliance
• Must be able to pass a DBS check
