Permanent – £42,000 – £44,000 (depending on experience & qualifications)

The Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plumber to join a leading social housing contractor, working on a long-term contract. This role involves carrying out reactive and planned maintenance within occupied properties across North West London.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day plumbing repairs and maintenance
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently (first-time fix approach)
• Work in occupied social housing properties
• Complete all work to a high standard
• Ensure properties are left clean, safe, and tidy
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants
• Accurately complete job reports using a PDA or mobile system

• Islington

Requirements

• Proven experience in plumbing maintenance (social housing preferred)
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in occupied properties
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Full UK driving licence (clean) – essential
