Role Overview:
Carrying out plumbing works in void properties with opportunity for permanent placement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installing and repairing plumbing systems
• Bathroom fitting and pipework
• Diagnosing and resolving faults
• Working with other trades on refurbishments

Requirements:

• Qualified plumber
• Experience in maintenance or social housing
• Own van and tools
• Valid DBS
• Working at Heights 
• Asbestos Awareness
