Multi Trade Operatives

Location: Swindon
Rate: £22 per hour (CIS umbrella)
Duration: 6 – 8 weeks
Start Date: Monday 27th April, 8:00am

Role Overview:
We are urgently recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives to support void property works, ensuring homes are ready for new tenants in the Swindon area. 
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out a variety of trade works with a focus on carpentry
• Kitchen and bathroom fitting/repairs
• General maintenance and refurbishment tasks
• Working efficiently alongside other trades on site
• Ensuring properties are completed to a high standard and within deadlines

Requirements:

• Strong carpentry background (essential)
• Kitchen and bathroom experience (preferred)
• Social housing or maintenance experience (preferred)
• Own van and tools (essential)
• DBS
• Working at Heights
• Asbestos Awareness
