Multiskilled Operative – Plymouth

We are working with a busy client to recruit an experienced Multiskilled Operative to provide a maintenance service on MOD properties. You will be based in Plymouth and covering the local area, possibly Exeter and North Devon when required. 

This is a temp role for 3 months initially to help with clearing work load. 
 

Paid CIS through an umbrella company £20ph.
 

Multiskilled Operative Day to Day:

• Maintenance work in MOD properties
• Completing a variety of works in various trades
• Tiling, carpentry, minor plumbing, painting, kitchen and bathroom fitting, tiling, some external works etc
• Working quickly and efficiently
• Communicating with your supervisor
• Using your own van and tools

Multiskilled Operative Requirements:

• Good multi-trade experience
• Good attitude
• Honest and reliable
• Ideally social housing/ MOD experience

The successful candidate will have to do a DBS check and a BPSS security check.

This is a really exciting opportunity for someone with skills in all trades to use that knowledge in the Plymouth and surrounding area with a busy and well liked contractor.
