We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and friendly team in Crawley on a 3-month temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities:

Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels

Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently

Processing orders, updates, and general administrative tasks

Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems

Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong attention to detail and organisational ability

Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
