We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and friendly team in Crawley on a 3-month temporary contract.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handling incoming customer enquiries via phone, email, and online channels

  • Providing accurate information and resolving queries efficiently

  • Processing orders, updates, and general administrative tasks

  • Maintaining customer records and updating internal systems

  • Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties

  • Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role
