We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to provide short-term support within a busy team. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with flexibility on working days and hours.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking for a flexible role, with the potential to develop into a longer-term or permanent position.
The Role
You will be supporting with general administrative duties, with a focus on fleet-related tasks, including:
- Managing and processing highly important documentation
- Booking MOT tests, servicing, and repairs for vehicles
- Liaising with garages and external providers
- Updating internal systems and fleet apps
- Filing and maintaining accurate records
- General day-to-day administrative support
About You
- Previous administrative experience is essential
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Confident using computer systems and databases
- Able to work independently and manage your own workload
- Fleet administration experience is beneficial but not essential
