We are currently seeking a reliable and organised Administrator to provide short-term support within a busy team. This is a part-time role (3 days per week) with flexibility on working days and hours.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills looking for a flexible role, with the potential to develop into a longer-term or permanent position.

The Role

You will be supporting with general administrative duties, with a focus on fleet-related tasks, including:

  • Managing and processing highly important documentation
  • Booking MOT tests, servicing, and repairs for vehicles
  • Liaising with garages and external providers
  • Updating internal systems and fleet apps
  • Filing and maintaining accurate records
  • General day-to-day administrative support

About You

  • Previous administrative experience is essential
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Confident using computer systems and databases
  • Able to work independently and manage your own workload
  • Fleet administration experience is beneficial but not essential

Offer

  • £130.00per day
