Resident Liaison Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join a busy site team in Tamworth, supporting a kitchen replacement programme within a residential setting.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer-facing role and can confidently manage resident relationships throughout planned works.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact between residents and the site team
- Keep residents fully informed before, during, and after works
- Manage appointments and coordinate access for kitchen installations
- Handle resident queries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Carry out pre-works and post-works visits
- Ensure all communication is clear, timely, and documented
- Support site management to ensure minimal disruption to residents
Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Resident Liaison Officer (ideally within social housing or planned works)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage challenging situations with empathy and professionalism
- Well-organised with good administrative skills
- Confident working on-site and liaising with multiple stakeholders
