Painter & Decorator

At Build Recruitment, we work exclusively with built environment specialists around the UK. 

Our client is looking for 2 x experienced Painter and Decorators to work on a contract in Newbiggin-by-the-sea. 

The Job and duties of Painter operative are as follows:

• renovating rooms 
• bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
• Painting and decorating

Requirements for a painter:

• You will need a Full UK driving license 
• Proven experience in the maintenance sector
• Be able to provide at least two working references 
• hold a CSCS card
• Competitive day rate with lots of company benefits to be discussed.
