Job Description:
We are currently seeking reliable and experienced Grounds Maintenance Operatives to work across the ML postcode areas. This is a long-term opportunity with the potential to secure a permanent position for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

• Grass cutting 
• Strimming and edging
• Hedge cutting and pruning
• General grounds and landscape maintenance
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety guidelines

Requirements:

• Previous experience in grounds maintenance is essential
• Competence in using grass cutting, strimming, and hedge cutting equipment
• Full UK driving licence (essential)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
