Site Manager – Remediation Project

 Duration: 3-4 weeks

Build Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the early phases of a Cladding Remediation Project. 

Project Overview:

The project initially will be removing Rainscreen & Brickwork from a Hotel in the view of Re-Cladding the building.

? Requirements:

• SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
• Black CSCS Card
• First Aid Certificate
• Proven experience managing similar refurbishment and fit-out projects
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
