We’re looking for an experienced Plasterer / Renderer to join a growing maintenance team working across social housing in Waltham Forest and surrounding areas.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson seeking stable, long-term work with a varied workload across both occupied and void properties.

What you’ll be doing:

• High-quality plastering, skimming, and rendering
• Repairs, void refurbishments, and maintenance work
• External rendering and insulation (EWI) projects
• Damp & mould treatment works
• Delivering excellent service while working in residents’ homes

What we’re looking for:

• Proven plastering/rendering experience
• Social housing or maintenance background (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering (or equivalent)
• CSCS Card
• Full UK Driving Licence
• EWI / retrofit experience (desirable)
