Our client is looking for an experienced Painter for role in Newbiggin-by-the-sea. 

The Job and duties of Painter operative 

• renovating rooms 
• bringing properties up to the required level for sign off
• Painting and decorating

Requirements for a painter 

• You will need a Full UK driving license 
• Proven experience in the maintenance sector
• Be able to provide at least two working references 
• hold a CSCS card
