Multi-Trade Operative

Our client is looking for an experienced Multi-Trade Operative to work on a social housing contract in Skelmersdale. The successful Multi-Trade Operative will have experience working on social housing and must have experience working on both kitchens and bathrooms.
 

The Job and duties of Multi-trade operative:
 

• Undertaking repairs and renovating rooms 
• Fitting Kitchens 
• Bathroom fitting 
• Tiling

Requirements for a Multi Skilled Operative:
 

• You will need a Full UK driving license 
• Proven experience in the maintenance sector
• Be able to provide at least two working references 

The pay rate for this Multi-Trade Operative role is £19.77PH and the role comes with a company van and fuel card.
