Job Title: Multi-Skilled Carpenter (Temp to Perm)
Location: Covering the M25 (West London preferred)
Pay Rate: £23 per hour (CIS) (Must have own Van)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (40 hours per week)

About the Role:
H&H Maintenance are looking for a skilled and reliable Multi Carpenter to join our team on a temp-to-perm basis. The role involves working across various student accommodation sites within the M25, with the majority of work based in West London.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out all aspects of carpentry work to a high standard
• Completing minor plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting tasks
• General maintenance and repair work within student accommodation properties
• Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and safely
• Maintaining a professional attitude when working on-site

Requirements:

• Strong carpentry background (essential)
• Ability to carry out basic plumbing, tiling, plastering, and painting
• Previous experience in maintenance or similar environments preferred
• Own van and tools (essential)
• Full UK driving licence
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
