Electrician – Social Housing

Permanent- £44,000 annual salary
Call out Rota – £15-25k
OTE – £60-70k

Westminster (Central London)

Day to Day for electrician:

• Fault finding
• Testing & inspection
• Working in domestic properties, meeting & greeting tenants
• Reactive maintenance jobs
• Good costumer service
• Using a PDA

The ideal candidate for this would have experience as an electrician or electrical tester or EICR or in electrical maintenance and experience in social housing or housing associations or domestic properties or council properties or MOD Ministry of defense properties.

You need to have the following certificates for this electrician position – City & Guilds Level 2 & 3 & 18th Edition, 2391, NVQ Level 3,AM2 & JIB Gold Card
