Electrician
Salary: £36,000 – £39,000
Location: Bristol
Permanent 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday)

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing and well-established FM provider, working on a secure, long-term contract within a professional and high-performing team.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Carrying out planned maintenance on electrical systems and equipment
• Completing reactive and remedial repairs following testing and inspections
• Fault finding and resolving electrical issues efficiently
• Supporting installation, testing, and inspection works across site
• Diagnosing technical faults and sourcing parts/materials when required
• Accurately recording all works via PDAs or electronic systems
• Providing detailed reports to keep the client fully updated
• Working closely with the FM team and helpdesk to ensure smooth service delivery
• Ensuring all work is completed within agreed timescales and to a high standard
• Adhering to strict Health & Safety procedures, including risk assessments
• Participating in an out-of-hours rota (typically 1 in 6)

What We’re Looking For

Essential:

• C&G Level 3 (2357) or equivalent / relevant apprenticeship
• AM2 qualification
• 18th Edition (C&G 2382)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a building maintenance or FM environment
• Strong experience with planned, reactive, and remedial maintenance
• Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

• IOSH Working Safely or CSCS Card
• L8 Awareness
