If you’ve been working in planned works and want to get into high-growth retrofit and decarbonisation projects, this is the kind of role that opens that door.

We’re working with a leading contractor delivering a major, long-term programme across social housing in the Leamington Spa area. This isn’t patch-and-repair work, it’s full-scale upgrades focused on energy efficiency, carbon reduction, and modernising homes.

Works will include, but are not limited to:

Insulation, new roofs, windows and doors, plus renewable tech like heat pumps, solar panels, and smart systems. It’s a proper step into where the industry is heading.

The role will see you running sites day-to-day, managing trades and subcontractors, and driving works through safely, on programme, and to a high standard. You’ll also be the face of the project on site, so being able to build trust with residents and the client is key.

What they’re looking for:

• Experience as a Site Manager within planned works or social housing
• Exposure to retrofit / SHDF / energy efficiency projects is beneficial but not essential
• Confident managing subcontractors and direct labour
• Strong health & safety knowledge
• Experience working in occupied properties
• SMSTS
