Quantity Surveyor – Planned Maintenance
Up to £55,000 Car Allowance Package

We are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join an established team delivering planned maintenance works within a long-term contract environment.

This role will focus primarily on managing planned works programmes with project values up to £2m. The position offers a good balance of office and site-based work, with around 70 to 80 percent office-based and the remaining time spent on site.

The Role

• Managing costs across planned maintenance programmes, with a focus on kitchens and bathrooms
• Managing subcontractor accounts from procurement through to final account
• Working closely with operational teams to ensure commercial performance and project delivery

What we are looking for

• Previous experience working as a Quantity Surveyor within planned maintenance or social housing
• Strong understanding of JCT and NEC forms of contract
• Comfortable managing multiple schemes in a fast-paced environment
• Practical experience is valued over formal qualifications
• Able to work both independently and as part of a wider commercial team
