Plasterer Multi Trader – Social Housing

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Plasterer Multi Trader to join a leading Social Housing contractor. This is a permanent role working on reactive maintenance and refurbishment works across occupied and void properties.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled tradesperson looking for long-term, stable employment with a company that offers excellent benefits including a company van and fuel card.

The Role:

• Carrying out all aspects of plastering including skimming, patch plastering and making good

• Completing multi trade works such as basic carpentry, tiling, painting & decorating and minor repairs

• Working within social housing properties including tenanted and void homes

• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard

• Providing excellent customer service when working in tenants’ homes

• Updating jobs using a PDA system

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Plasterer Multi Trader

• Experience working within Social Housing / Housing Association / Council properties

• NVQ Level 2 in Plastering or equivalent (preferred)

• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (essential)

• Good all-round multi trade skills
