Plumber (Permanent)

We are recruiting an experienced Plumber to join a leading social housing company on a permanent basis.

Duties Include:

• Reactive maintenance and repairs in occupied and void social housing properties

• Fixing leaks, blockages, and pipework

• Installing and repairing sanitary ware (toilets, basins, sinks, baths)

• Working on hot & cold-water systems

• Completing jobs via PDA and delivering excellent customer service

Requirements:

• Previous plumbing experience (social housing preferred)

• Full UK manual driving licence

• Good customer-facing skills
